Chief Executive

Tom has over 20 years' experience in the residential property sector. He is focused on leading Grange's growth in all residential sectors and developing the range of high quality management services we offer. He was previously the Managing Director of a central London private investment and property management company where he successfully implemented a programme of expansion and development. He has a wealth of experience in designing and implementing systems to provide enhanced service and efficiency.

Lorraine Murphy

Director, Residential Management

Lorraine's 25 years' experience in the property sector includes 15 years in retirement leasehold management. At Grange she heads a dedicated team focused on growing the business. Whether assisting developers at the planning stage, implementing a full management package for a new scheme, or liaising with Resident Management Companies, Lorraine and her team treat each development individually and offer a tailored service to suit.

Emma Davey

Associate Director, Residential Property Management

Emma commenced her career as a building surveyor working in private practice 14 years ago before moving into the construction industry where she held posts as Site Manager and Customer Care Manager.  Emma joined Grange to grow and manage the Residential property portfolio where she heads a dedicated team of Management Surveyors.   Emma works closely with developers at the planning stage, implementing a full management package for each new scheme, and sets up the Resident Management Companies, offering a bespoke service to our clients.

Paul Baker

Senior Surveyor Grange Commercial

Paul is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 11 years commercial property experience. He heads the Commercial Property Department at Grange providing strategic and dedicated advice to investment and occupier clients. Previously Paul carried out professional valuation, rent review and lease renewal work for a national property Plc. Prior to this Paul was responsible for the asset management of flagship mixed use office investments in the West End and City of London.

Richard Smith

Senior Surveyor, Property Services

Richard Joined Grange in August 2007 having spent 9 years leading a team of estate managers responsible for delivering the maintenance and repairs service to a diverse portfolio of housing schemes.

Richard has wide experience managing traditional new build flats, to estates of 1000 units including cricket pitches swimming pools, retail units and even a church.  Richards’s early career included working in construction as a site manager; he has a Degree in Building Surveying, and is a member of the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers).

John de Cruz

Head of Customer Accounts

John started at Grange in January 2008, and has over twenty five years experience using computer accounting systems. For the last twelve years he has worked in the construction industry and managed a leading property repairs insurance company, where he was authorised name with the FSA.

John manages the Customer Accounts team which is focused on providing a high quality service to all Grange clients.
