Lorraine Murphy

Operations Director

Lorraine has over 25 years experience in the property sector includes 15 years in retirement leasehold management. At Grange she heads a dedicated team focused on growing the business. Whether assisting developers at the planning stage, implementing a full management package for a new scheme, or liaising with Resident Management Companies, Lorraine and her team treat each development individually and offer a tailored service to suit.

Emma Davey

Head of New Business and Legal Services

Emma joined Grange 5 years ago to grow our diverse portfolio.

Emma commenced her career as a building surveyor working in private practice 18 years ago before moving into the construction industry where she held posts as Site Manager and Customer Care Manager.

Emma works closely with developers at the planning stage, implementing a full management package for each new development. With a number of new business enquiries come from Right to Manage and Resident Management Companies, she is also responsible for facilitating the seamless transfer to Grange. Emma is also responsible for our legal services which provide support to our Resident Management Companies, offering a bespoke service to our clients.

Emma has a Degree in Building Surveying, and is a member of the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers).

Paul Baker

Head of Commercial Management

Paul is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years commercial property experience. He heads the Commercial Property Department at Grange providing strategic and dedicated advice to investment and occupier clients. Previously Paul carried out professional valuation, rent review and lease renewal work for a national property Plc. Prior to this Paul was responsible for the asset management of flagship mixed use office investments in the West End and City of London.

Richard Smith

Operations Manager

Richard Joined Grange in August 2007.

Previous to this he spent 9 years leading a team of Estate Managers responsible for delivering the maintenance, repairs and general property management service to a diverse portfolio of Residential and Retirement properties.

Richard has wide experience managing new build and converted property throughout the South East encompassing estates with 1000’s of units and has managed everything including cricket pitches, swimming pools and retail units.

Richards’s early career included working in construction as a Project Manager.

He has a Degree in Building Surveying, and is a member of the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers).

ichard is responsible for the day to day service delivery on the Residential and Retirement portfolios at Grange and is line manager for the Property and Regional Managers.

John de Cruz

Head of Customer Accounts

John started at Grange in January 2008, and has over twenty five years experience using computer accounting systems. For the last twelve years he has worked in the construction industry and managed a leading property repairs insurance company, where he was the authorised name with the FSA.

John manages the Customer Accounts team which is focused on providing a high quality service to all Grange clients.
