Grange is a wholly owned subsidiary of Affinity Sutton, one of the largest providers of affordable housing in England.

Affinity Sutton is a business for social purpose and manages 50,000 homes across the country. It is one of the UK's top ten Registered Social Landlords in terms of its Housing Corporation Grant allocation, and third in terms of the number of new homes it is developing.

It is currently committed to delivering a total programme of £980 million through a pipeline of 7,000 homes up to 2010.
