Operations Director
With over 30 years’ property experience, including 20 years in retirement leasehold management, Lorraine heads a dedicated team focused on driving forward new business at Grange. Whether assisting developers at the planning stage, implementing a full management package for a new scheme, or liaising with Resident Management Companies, Lorraine and her team treat each development individually and offer a tailored service to suit.
Paul Baker
Head of Commercial Management
As a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ commercial property experience, Paul heads the commercial division, specialising in the provision of strategic, dedicated advice to investment and occupier clients.
Before working at Grange, Paul carried out professional valuation, rent review and lease renewal work for a major developer, prior to which he was responsible for the asset management of flagship mixed use office investments in London.
Richard Smith
Operations Manager
With a wealth of experience across new build, converted and retirement property management, Richard joined Grange in 2007, to head the operational division.
Having managed schemes with everything from cricket pitches and swimming pools, to retail units and residential schemes with thousands of units, Richard works at the core of the business, managing day-to-day service delivery and overseeing the work of the property and regional divisions.
Prior to his role at Grange, Richard spent nearly ten years leading a team of estate managers responsible for delivering maintenance, repairs and general property management to a diverse portfolio of residential and retirement properties. He has a degree in Building Surveying and is a member of the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers).
John de Cruz
Head of Customer Accounts
Bringing with him more than 25 years’ accountancy experience, John joined Grange in 2008 to manage the customer accounts team, ensuring a consistently high level of service is achieved across all Grange client accounts.
Prior to joining Grange, John spent 12 years working in the construction industry and has managed a leading property repairs insurance company.
