Management is so much more than looking after the physical fabric. It is about understanding your customers and accommodating their needs. That said, we take the physical integrity of your property very seriously. Each site is under the day-to-day supervision of a dedicated surveyor. This provides continuity of expertise when planning and implementing ongoing maintenance works. The works are managed out by our own Facilities Management Team, so we retain full quality control.
Meanwhile, behind the scenes, our dedicated office-based support teams take care of the property’s day-to-day administration, ranging from insurance and security to cleaning, landscape maintenance contracting and regular financial reporting. They support the building’s surveyor in most aspects of the landlord/tenant relationship.
