6 More London Place

Following an organisational restructure involving the creation of a corporate division with three new directorates, our client required additional floor space close to their existing London office.

To coincide with the launch of a new brand, Grange was instructed to acquire the office space and project manage the fit out.

With a six-month deadline to meet, Grange set to work researching all available office space within the More London Place Estate and then directly approached several occupiers within the existing building.

Following negotiations, the team was able to secure a lease assignment comprising an additional 6,500 sq ft on the same floor as the existing office. The deal included a reverse premium to cover the cost of fitting out, furnishing and installing IT in the new office.

The deal and fit out were completed on time and within budget, ensuring the successful launch of the new brand and a highly satisfied client.
