Grange is a business for social purpose. Rather than distributing our surplus to shareholders, we pass it to our parent company, Affinity Sutton, to be used for their Affordable Housing programme.

In our experience our customers respond positively to this ethical business model. They are reassured by the unusually rigorous governance standards we have adopted, which include management overseen by a full Board comprising of non-executive directors.

However, our ethical stance in no way blunts our commercial focus. We are first and foremost a business with ambitious but sustainable plans for growth. We never forget our customers always have a choice in this highly competitive service sector.
