With some 3,300 residences on 112 schemes under management, we're one of the UK's undisputed leaders in this sector. We provide a full management service that gives residents the independence they value, with support at hand if they need it. Almost all our schemes are attended by a dedicated scheme manager.

Residential developments

Our portfolio of residential properties is growing rapidly. We currently have over 2,000 residential properties on 70 schemes under management. These range from multi-block apartment schemes through to ground maintenance of freehold housing developments.

Commercial developments

Although this is our newest area of activity, we already have over 100,000 sq ft of retail, office and mixed-use property under management. Our service ranges from consulting at the pre-development stage, through to marketing, day-to-day asset management and taking care of all aspects of the landlord/tenant relationship
