Each scheme has a dedicated surveyor who is responsible for visiting on a regular basis, identifying any works required, initiating and coordinating repairs and certifying completion. This provides a single point of contact and a continuity of experience and expertise. We also understand how important it is to care for people's homes, so we have a carefully developed quality control regime to ensure any works are completed to a high standard.

Should you have any issues, you can call on our highly trained help desk support staff who will react promptly, implementing all works necessary to resolve the problem.

Behind all this is our office team who take care of all the administrative and financial aspects of management - from insurance and gardeners to cleaning contractors and routine maintenance.

Your highly individualised management contract sets down what you can expect from us. It will always include regular management and financial reporting so you can see what monies have been spent, and where, and how much is accruing for future maintenance.
