Each scheme has a dedicated property manager who is responsible for visiting as required, identifying any small works, initiating and coordinating repairs in line with your lease/agreement. This provides a single point of contact and a continuity of experience and expertise. We also understand how important it is to care for people's homes, so we have a carefully developed quality control regime to ensure any works are completed to a suitable standard.

Should you have any issues, you can call on our trained help desk support staff who will react promptly, implementing works necessary to resolve the problem.

Behind the property managers is our office support team who take care of all the administrative and financial aspects of scheme management - from insurance and gardeners to cleaning contractors and routine maintenance.

Your highly individualised management agreement sets out what you can expect from us. It will always include regular management and financial reporting so you can see where your monies have been spent, where, and how much is accruing for future maintenance.
