No two retirement schemes are the same, so we tailor our services to meet our customers’ needs. This can involve everything from working with developers at the pre-planning consent stage to refine designs, to maximising resident support and satisfaction on an on-going basis. In all cases, costs are kept to a minimum.


Nearly every scheme benefits from access to a dedicated scheme manager, who not only takes care of day-to-day management issues, but knows every resident by name and offers a fast, efficient and personal service. We also contract 'First Point' – a monitoring centre that provides a 24-hour emergency response service to residents, whether it is for maintenance and repair issues, or for emergency medical attention.
