Most of our retirement schemes have their own dedicated Scheme Manager. These Managers take care of the day-to-day management issues, including the running of shared facilities such as communal lounges, guest suites and laundry facilities.

As the first point of contact, our Managers know all their residents by name and provide a genuinely personal and responsive service. In addition, every scheme is visited regularly by a member of the Grange team to ensure everything is running smoothly.

We realise that an efficient and responsive service is key to the peace of mind for residents. Through our 'First Point' monitoring centre we offer a 24-hour emergency response service to residents requiring a doctor or emergency medical attention.

In addition, 'First Point' also offers a 24-hour emergency response service to deal with maintenance and repair issues.
